What this is
One-on-one training, in person, in Coral Gables. You get assessed, you get a program built for your body, and we measure your clubhead speed every four weeks until the number moves.
It isn't a gym membership, a group class, or an app you download and stop opening. It's a licensed athletic trainer in the room with you, twice a week.

Assess
A 90-minute TPI and movement screen. We find the physical restrictions costing you speed, and we measure your baseline.

Why golfers in Miami train with me instead
You've probably looked at a few options. Here's an honest comparison.
Most trainers work around your back. As a licensed athletic trainer, I'm qualified to work on it — then build speed on top of it.
That's why tour players call me for rehab and amateurs call me for distance.
There are very few licensed athletic trainers with professional sport experience and dual TPI certification taking private clients in Miami. I currently have three spots open.

A certified personal trainer holds a fitness certification. A licensed athletic trainer is a healthcare provider, licensed by the state of Florida, trained in sports medicine, injury evaluation, and rehabilitation.
The practical difference: most trainers are taught to avoid a client's bad back, hip, or shoulder. I'm qualified to assess it, work on it, and build strength through it — which is usually the exact thing standing between you and more speed.
It's also why I can work alongside your physician or physical therapist rather than around them. If you're over 45 and carrying something that flares up after a round, this is the difference that matters most.

A tour professional, back in competition
[Tour pro name] came to me unable to complete a tournament round without his injury flaring up.
The assessment found the root cause was not where the pain was. We spent [X months] on restoring the movement he'd lost, then rebuilding force production on top of it.
He returned to full competition on the Latin American Tour.

A note on where we train
I train clients out of [Studio name] in Coral Gables. It's a working gym — there are other people training, and sometimes a class running.
It isn't a private facility, and I don't pretend otherwise. What you're paying for is a licensed clinician's undivided attention for a full hour, a program built specifically for you, and a number that goes up. Not marble locker rooms.
If a quiet, private setting matters to you, tell me on the call and we'll work something out.

150–200 words on what happens in session one: what you assess and in what order, whether they need to bring a club, what to wear, whether they'll actually train that day, and what they walk out knowing. Write it so a 55-year-old who hasn't been in a gym in a decade knows exactly what he's walking into.
