Youth athletes starting at the age of 12 all the way through their senior year of high school (18-19) can apply to the program.

The in-person sessions take place at RAW Fitness - located in the heart of the Little River Business District.

The digital training program is delivered directly to the athletes phone in a state-of-the-art app called Bridge.

Once athletes have completed their initial evaluation, they will be able to access their program in Bridge which will contain all the Exercises (with videos), instructions, sets, reps, and rest times.

When they are ready to work-out at home, they need to just open up the app and hit Start.

The Athlete First model was developed in 6-week increments for exactly this reason. If your athlete wishes to continue training and building upon their improvement, they will have priority to re-register and continue their training. The added benefit of this is that they will receive 1 ‘extra’ live-coaching session because the initial evaluation is no longer necessary (they will have already just completed the exit evaluation).

The workouts they receive on consecutive enrollments in the program will still be customized to their ability level (which will be improving!) so they are always being challenged.

We understand the lives of a student-athlete are busy. That’s why every workout is designed to be completed in under 60 minutes.
